Target Enhancement:
The more a company knows about common elements among its customer base, the better it can target prospective new customers.

Back in the late 1980's, RMI saw an opportunity for our clients to take advantage of the industry's growing need for this information. We developed Target Enhancement, a program that enables our clients to increase their list earnings by an average 15% - 20% each year.

Target Enhancement has stood the test of time. Since its inception, participants have consistently maintained or increased their earnings.

In addition to extra income, clients learn about the demographic and psychographic composition of their customers. Clients can have on-line access to their enhanced lists and query counts, or run reports for virtually any combination of demographic, psychographic or customer history information. This can be useful for launching new products and honing in on the most responsive panels for mailings.

The ideal candidate for Target Enhancement should be able to provide at least 750,000 names within a 36-month time-frame. The greater the input, the more revenues a company can earn.

Modeling:
For years, RMI has been helping its clients mail more effectively and increase their list revenues through the use of modeling.

There are many techniques, such as Profile Analysis, Regression, Geographic and Good Customer Matching- there are also many economical outsourcing options.

AgeBase:
AgeBase Plus is a new and unique cooperative database opportunity offered by RMI. Participants can earn supplemental list income while they gain information about their customers.

To maintain the integrity of the database, participation is open to companies whose lists are not currently managed by RMI, and only true mail order sourced lists are used. In addition, recency is required.

All costs associated with the database, including enhancements, maintenance, marketing, promoting, order fulfillment and broker commissions are handled by RMI. Participants receive royalties when the database is rented. The identity of participants is kept confidential.

In building AgeBase Plus, names are matched against a 96 million household consumer file. Demographic and interest features are then tagged. Qualifying names from each participant are assigned to appropriate sectors. RMI currently markets ten AgeBase Plus sectors and a masterfile. New sectors will be added as the mix of participants varies.
